Our Let Only Service is available for those experienced landlords who feel comfortable sustaining a direct relationship with the tenant, and who are happy to collect rent payments and deal with property maintenance issues personally.

For our landlords who use this service the key advantage is that, although they may wish to manage the property themselves, they prefer to leave the important task of finding a suitable and responsible tenant to a professional.

Advertising your property effectively and carrying out viewings can be a time consuming job, which involves numerous calls and diary management. Also, some people may find the prospect of meeting and then potentially rejecting candidates uncomfortable. At RE:Lettings we will take away the stress and inconvenience of this by carrying out all advertising, viewings, and tenant selection for you.

We will upload your property both online and to our in-house rental brochure so that it is well presented and easily searchable by potential tenants. We can even arrange for high quality photographs to be taken should this be required.

Good communication is key and we will thoroughly discuss your requirements in order to find the perfect tenant for you. Our experienced and friendly staff will carry out all of the viewings on your behalf, and once we have found the most suitable tenant for you, we will notify you and proceed with booking the property.

Our staff complete all the required legal documents for you including tenancy agreements and guarantor contracts, and we will also request a standing order mandate so that you know your rent will be paid consistently each month. We take care of registering the security deposit with a Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme so that it is protected for the duration of the tenancy.
